What can I expect from a cacao ceremony?

How long does a cacao ceremony last?
The ceremony lasts 2 hours.

What ingredients does the ceremonial cacao have?
Cacao, piloncillo, cinnamon, and water. All ingredients are 100% organic.

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, we can lend you one).

What should I do before a cacao ceremony?
We recommend eating lightly, such as fruits and vegetables. Do not consume alcohol. Try to be as “pure” as possible so that the cacao can have a more potent effect.

Are all cacao ceremonies the same?
The ritual of the ceremony is always the same, but your emotional state is never the same, so each cacao ceremony will be a different experience.

Temazcal Ceremony

What can I expect from a temazcal ceremony?
An experience with yourself, it is a ritual that will purify your body, mind, and soul. It is an opportunity to be reborn and reconnect.

How long does the temazcal ceremony last?
The duration of the ceremony is approximately 90 minutes and is divided into 4 doors:
Door 1 – Pause
Door 2 – Reflection
Door 3 – Transformation
Door 4 – Reward

What do I need to bring?
To enter the temazcal, you need a bathing suit or shorts.
After leaving the temazcal, you will need 1 large towel and a cotton sheet.

What should I do before a temazcal?
Eat a light dinner, such as fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.

How often is it recommended to do a temazcal?
Once every two weeks is ideal.

Are all temazcals the same?
No, the experience in temazcal ceremonies is never the same because you are also changing, and you always work emotionally on something different.

What medicinal plants are used in the temazcal?
Some medicinal herbs used are: rosemary, basil, mint, lemongrass, jasmine, eucalyptus, chamomile.

What do I need to bring?
Sneakers or closed-toe shoes, a jacket or a warm coat as the temperature drops in the mornings. Yoga mat

Do you offer a vegetarian/vegan menu?
Yes, our dishes are specially created for you. If you are vegan, vegetarian, or have any dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Is the body activation and meditation for everyone?
Yes, anyone can do it. The sessions are multi-level.

What can I expect from this experience?
Being part of the awakening of the beautiful Xochimilco lake is a unique experience. The sounds, aromas, and natural beauty that surround us will be an immersive moment that will allow you to reestablish a connection with yourself. It is an opportunity to give yourself a break.

Does transportation depart from a single point?
Yes, transportation will be waiting for you at the Vitalí IntraSpa facilities in Condesa neighborhood.

What is the departure time?
Our meeting point is Amsterdam 43, Condesa. The departure time is at 5:10 am.
