Experience a sunrise full of colors, sounds, and aromas that will transport you to a world of calm and tranquility. As we navigate the canals of Xochimilco, you will connect with your new dawn through a sound meditation. We will arrive at a chinampa surrounded by an organic orchard where we will have a session of body awakening.
At the end, we will taste a delicious organic “farm to table” breakfast prepared with intention-filled foods and flavors from our Mexican land.
In this experience, we invite you to leave behind the stress and routine of everyday life, and surrender to the magic of the sunrise in Xochimilco.

What do I need to bring?
Sneakers or closed-toe shoes, a jacket or a warm coat as the temperature drops in the mornings. Yoga mat
Do you offer a vegetarian/vegan menu?
Yes, our dishes are specially created for you. If you are vegan, vegetarian, or have any dietary restrictions, please let us know.
Is the body activation and meditation for everyone?
Yes, anyone can do it. The sessions are multi-level.
What can I expect from this experience?
Being part of the awakening of the beautiful Xochimilco lake is a unique experience. The sounds, aromas, and natural beauty that surround us will be an immersive moment that will allow you to reestablish a connection with yourself. It is an opportunity to give yourself a break.
Does transportation depart from a single point?
Yes, transportation will be waiting for you at the Vitalí IntraSpa facilities in Condesa neighborhood.
What is the departure time?
Our meeting point is Amsterdam 43, Condesa. The departure time is at 5:10 am.
