How long does a cacao ceremony last?
The ceremony lasts 2 hours.
What ingredients does the ceremonial cacao have?
Cacao, piloncillo, cinnamon, and water. All ingredients are 100% organic.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, we can lend you one).
What should I do before a cacao ceremony?
We recommend eating lightly, such as fruits and vegetables. Do not consume alcohol. Try to be as “pure” as possible so that the cacao can have a more potent effect.
Are all cacao ceremonies the same?
The ritual of the ceremony is always the same, but your emotional state is never the same, so each cacao ceremony will be a different experience.
