Temazcal
Ceremony
From the Nahuatl language, temazcalli means “house where one sweats,” temaz=sweat calli=house. Temazcals are a representation of the womb of Mother Earth, a spiritual way to be reborn, work through your fears, physical and emotional blocks.
We will start with a sound meditation session, the first purification of the day. This meditation will expand your imagination through an exploration using the vibrations of bowls that will help you connect with your inner world.
The temazcal ceremony is divided into 4 doors: pause, reflection, transformation, and reward. Each door will be guided by songs, instruments, and the heat produced by volcanic rocks bathed in medicinal herb tea.
A pre-Hispanic experience that you cannot miss!
